  • Videos must be encoded using Windows Media Player 8 or 9 and submitted on CD and mailed to Andy Browne.  (Email me for my address).  Include technical information or any information you feel would be interesting about the making of your video. 

  • Total running time not to exceed 5 minutes

  • Maximum image size and bandwidth: 320x240 and 768 kb

  • Content Restrictions: None of the obvious (nudity, foul language, mayhem).
